Components which have surface geometries unsuited for planar varnishing are brought to the Iserlohn plant of Gebr. Jordan GmbH & Co. KG where they are varnished on automatic spindle-driven varnishing equipment.

Plastic parts which have been soiled, and cannot be varnished in this condition are subjected to precleaning in an ultrasonic cleaning facility.

We process all specified varnishing systems, ranging from 1K or 2K as clear, soft or single color coatings to single or multi-layer finishes.

The use of 2K mixture ratio controllers guarantees optimal results when combining varnishes.
